With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships, they offer a supportive environment where employees can grow through continuous training and career advancement opportunities.Responsibilities:Oversee HVAC and mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherenceCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for seamless project executionDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and consistent communicationMonitor job site progress, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulationsManage project financials, including cost tracking, change orders, and billingMentor and lead field teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellenceMaintain thorough documentation of project progress, changes, and technical requirementsMust-Have Skills:5+ years of experience in HVAC/mechanical project managementStrong understanding of contracts, budgeting, and financial trackingAbility to estimate, produce change orders, and manage labor efficientlyProficiency in Excel, Word, and Bluebeam (Timberline experience a plus)Strong organizational and communication skillsNice to Have Skills:Bilingual (English/Spanish)Experience managing commercial and institutional projects $500K+Familiarity with HVAC service agreements and maintenance contractsProfessional demeanor and ability to work in team settingsThis role is perfect for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a company that values expertise and continuous improvement.
