Lead complex, cross-functional program across all phases of planning, implementation and production readiness and support. Create, optimize and drive structured schedules and project plans across divisions and cross-functional teams. Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing conditions or data.Connect all of the pieces of the initiative by thinking end-to-end, while leveraging all available assets to solve problems and create value for both short and long horizons for Customer Success.Anticipate, identify, document and manage key program risks, propose and drive appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.Prepare project dashboards and communicate progress clearly across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executives.Operates independently and frequently interacts with senior management to help set strategic guidance on our technology roadmapProvides effective team leadership through execution and times of changeUse exceptional cross-functional partnering skills with ability to gain shared vision and "influence without authority" on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs.
