Job Title: Kitchen Designer / Sales RepresentativeLocation: Wallingford, CT (New Studio Opening Winter 2025)Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Our client is seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to join their team. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in helping customers design their dream kitchens. Using advanced design technology, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire kitchen design and sales process, all while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Approach and engage customers in-store to promote the brand and build strong, lasting relationships. Understand their needs and provide personalized kitchen design solutions.Design & Consultation: Utilize state-of-the-art design software to create personalized kitchen layouts, offering over 50 million combinations of styles, colors, and sizes to suit each customer's vision.Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Proactively generate leads, schedule appointments, and build a strong sales pipeline.Sales Focused: Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
