Construction Saas Account Executive***** Stamford, CTOnsite and travel to clients 25-50% of the time.POSITION OVERVIEWMy client is seeking Account Executives to join their commercial team. The organization is experiencing rapid growth due to its innovative cloud-native products and exceptional customer service. This role requires hands-on experience in selling specialized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions tailored to industrial verticals, specifically within the ready-mix concrete industry.The Account Executive will manage a defined territory and have access to comprehensive tools and support from a skilled team, including sales development representatives to drive meetings and engagement with prospects. Success in this role also depends on effective collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Services teams.COMPENSATION$150k-$200k OTE with a 50/50 split + uncapped commissionRESPONSIBILITIESDrive SaaS bookings by securing new customer accounts or cross-selling to existing clients.Consistently identify new sales opportunities, guide them through the buying process, and achieve a target share of closed deals.Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline sufficient to meet or exceed quota targets.Achieve or surpass set quarterly and annual sales goals.QUALIFICATIONSRecent experience selling construction industry SaaS.Familiarity with the construction materials industry, particularly ready-mix concrete, is advantageous.Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced startup or growth-focused environment.Expertise in discovery techniques to identify client pain points.Proficiency in leading solution-selling engagements.Ability to navigate and close deals in a multi-threaded, complex sales environment.Experience with Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities.BENEFITSCompetitive compensation package based on experience and skills.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Paid time off, holiday pay, and bereavement leave.
