The company supply to a range of industries such as oil and gas, power generation, chemical processing, and water treatment.The company is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead sales efforts, expand market share, and enhance brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and marketing within valves industry. This is an on-site position based in Philadelphia, PA, with travel required across regional and international markets.A Director of Sales/ Sales Director/ Director of Sales and Marketing **Up to $170,000Performance-based bonuses and incentivesComprehensive health insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and holidaysRetirement plan with company contributionsOther benefits to be discussedA Director of Sales/ Sales Director/ Director of Sales and Marketing *Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.Oversee and direct regional sales managers, inside sales teams, and marketing staff.Establish and drive sales processes, monitor sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.Conduct market research to assess opportunities, understand customer demands, and identify industry trends.Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, manufacturers, and end customers.Lead marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and public relations efforts.Provide mentorship and training to sales and marketing teams.Analyze sales data, trends, and competitive positioning to refine business strategies.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits.A Director of Sales/ Sales Director/ Director of Sales and Marketing ****7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development.An Engineering or Business degree will be beneficial.Proven track record in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of industrial valve or fluid flow control marketsAbility to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
