With a dedicated 3D workspace, municipalities, architects, brokers, developers, construction companies, and more can explore, plan, and collaborate seamlessly.The RoleWe are hiring on behalf of our client for their first Sales Lead in Miami to drive revenue growth and establish their sales function. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a strong background in PropTech and a deep understanding of the Miami real estate ecosystem.As the first dedicated sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in closing deals, shaping sales strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to take ownership of the entire sales cycle.Responsibilities✅ Drive growth by closing inbound and outbound deals, owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract.✅ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, targeting key segments such as architects, developers, and real estate operators.✅ Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the platform's value.✅ Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, working closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) for seamless onboarding and engagement.✅ Track sales activities, analyze performance, and provide insights to senior management.✅ Collaborate with the Product and Leadership teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback.Requirements🔹5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in PropTech.🔹3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.🔹 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.🔹 Strong knowledge of the Miami real estate market.🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.🔹 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.🔹 Established network in real estate and architecture is a plus.🔹 Experience with GIS or mapping applications is an advantage.Benefits✨ Competitive salary + attractive commission structure.✨ Work in a dynamic and innovative company.✨ Opportunities for career growth and professional development.✨ Flexible work arrangements with a supportive team culture.📩Interested?
