Surgical Device Sales Representative

As a Surgical Sales Representative at Surgical Principals, Inc., based in Atlanta you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the southeast by engaging with surgeons and clinical and business operating room managers. Your responsibilities will include making consultative sales presentations, proposing solutions tailored to the needs of surgeons and OR managers, conducting clinical trials with our products, and implementing products into the operating room environment.**Our product line encompasses disposable surgical devices, reusable devices, and capital equipment, mainly focused on minimally invasive procedures in the operating room. Our products are well received in the marketplace with many accounts using the products within the territory.Minimum **1) A four-year bachelor's degree2) Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience3) High energy level and adaptability to learn new concepts quickly4) Ability to conduct consultative sales through formal sales training5) Strong closing skills Preferred, but not *Experience in selling Laparoscopic, General, or Gynecologic Surgical Device Sales to OR Materials, OR Nurse Managers, and surgeons.Physical *1) Ability to stand for prolonged periods (1-5 hours) during surgeries2) Capability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. Driving *As part of the job responsibilities, employees are required to drive and must adhere to our companys automobile policy.
