With those goals in mind, LaSalle Network is hiring a Recruiting Leader to oversee our Accounting & Finance Direct Hire team in our Chicago office. Recruiting Leader ***** Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-energy and collaborative environment Drive team success by coaching, mentoring, and setting aggressive yet achievable revenue and placement goals Partner strategically with internal sales team to manage client relationships and deliver top-tier accounting & finance talent Oversee job order delegation and sourcing strategies to maximize efficiency and results Work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to drive consistent growth within your division Recruiting Leader ***** 4+ years of experience in third-party recruiting or another sales-driven environment Previous leadership experience with a track record of hitting revenue and/or placement goals Strong business acumen and ability to build and manage client relationships A passion for coaching and developing teams in a high-performance, fast-paced setting Bachelors degree strongly preferred Must be willing to work onsite Monday-Thursday; remote flexibility on Fridays Please note that the salary range posted is the total compensation package, and this role offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus plan.
