We pride ourselves in putting our clients first and doing the hard work each day to earn their trust.About the *You will serve as an instrumental member of JST's business development team helping to grow our various business lines including market making, treasury management services, and bespoke partnerships. This individual will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects and interact directly with clients and senior management. The ideal candidate is an aggressive learner who aspires to become a subject matter expert and trusted partner to our clients.*Serve as a key point of contact for JST's current and prospective clientsBuild and help structure proposals for new business opportunities and partnershipsCoordinate between sales, trading, technology and operations to help ensure successful delivery of current client initiativesConduct in-depth market analysis to identify existing and emerging business opportunities across the crypto landscapeAssist with building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunitiesHelp perform data analysis on behalf of clients and internal stakeholdersTravel as necessary domestically and internationally to support JST's in-person outreach and marketing efforts1-3 years of professional experience in a client facing financial services role (crypto or non-crypto)Top-notch communication, presentation and organizational skillsDemonstrated interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets and financial marketsStrong math and quantitative skills with a basic knowledge of optionsWorking proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint*** proficiency in PythonUndergraduate University DegreeAdditional **** New YorkSalary ***** $80-$125k depending on experience.
