Position **Our Innovations at VP Team is seeking to hire an experienced Lighting Sales Associate to join our Syracuse showroom.We are looking for high performers who are forward-looking, innovative, enthusiastic, and ambitious team players. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Provide sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, industry partners, and retail customers.Execute lighting sales strategies.Generate quotes for current and prospective clients.Develop and maintain relationships with lighting vendors and their representatives.Coordinate scheduled showroom visits, as well as handle walk-in customer appointments. ***Sales experience in lighting and/or design. Experience in a retail or wholesale environment is preferred. Lighting background and product knowledge, highly desired. Must be detailed oriented and able to meet customer deadlines.Ability to adapt to time sensitive commitments to respond to customers and deliver excellent customer service.
