Role **As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential enterprise level partners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets. This is a full cycle sales role.Key *Lead * Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and networking.Customer * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Sales * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.Product * Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information and valuable insights to customers.Sales Process * Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, including preparing proposals and negotiating terms. Track and report on sales metrics, including performance, leads, and conversion rates, and use data to drive improvements. Proven experience in enterprise or mid-market sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Communication ** Highly refined and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.Customer * Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs.Technical * Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite; experience with sales automation tools is a plus.* Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.Other * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.What We *Competitive * Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives and generous commission structure.
