We are currently seeking a Mid-Market Sales Representative for a prominent client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.Who You Are: You are a Sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships in the Mid-Market space. You have experience selling in SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Solutions and understand the unique needs of mid-sized businesses in these industries. You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive business success.Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an experienced professional to join their Sales team. This role will focus on engaging directly with customers, managing sales efforts, and promoting our clients' solutions, services, and products. The successful candidate will articulate the benefits and return on investment (ROI) of these offerings to secure new business and strengthen existing relationships. The ideal person is highly organized, detail-oriented, strategic, and process-driven, with a keen interest in the technical aspects of the company's solutions. A self-motivated individual who thrives with minimal supervision will excel in this position.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within our clients' target industriesPresent and communicate the value of our client's solutions, services, and productsLead negotiations and close deals with Mid-Market and SMB merchantsConduct sales meetings and execute key sales strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with ISVs, ISOs, and PSPs that cater to Midmarket and SMB customersMonitor and report on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor insights to ensure our client's solutions remain competitive and relevantDevelop a deep understanding of the platform and services, both from a technical perspective (how they function) and a user perspective (how clients benefit from them)Effectively demonstrate the ROI of our client's solutions to potential customersCultivate and manage relationships with prospective clientsPerform other duties as requiredQualifications & Skills3-5 years of experience in software sales, specifically in a Hunter role within the payments and FinTech sectorStrong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plusExcellent networking and relationship-building abilitiesHighly self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learnStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutionsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with E-Commerce and digital payment platforms is preferredCapable of working independently while following strategic directionWillingness to travel as needed
