We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our clients Sales & Marketing team. The BDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential business opportunities and initiating relationships with prospective clients. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, strategic outreach, and collaboration with the sales team to advance prospects through the pipeline.Key **Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including digital platforms, industry events, and networking.Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to spark interest in our offerings.Engage in meaningful conversations to assess prospects' needs, qualifying them based on established criteria.Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and update the CRM system to track lead progression.Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to refine outreach strategies.Regularly report on key metrics, including outreach efforts, conversion rates, and insights from prospect interactions.Qualifications & **Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.1-2 years in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence potential clients effectively.Ability to understand the sales process, recognize opportunities, and drive engagement.Capability to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.Effective time management and ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.Strong team player with a commitment to collective goals and success.
