Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee and drive the quality management processes within our manufacturing/production environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ISO compliance, with expertise in ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, and lead auditor training.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring ISO compliance and managing quality assurance programs.Industries within Metal Fab/Metal PlatingLeading continuous improvement initiatives and driving root cause analysis for product/process issues.Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and statistical analysis to optimize quality and efficiency.Managing MRP systems, with SAP experience preferred.Providing exceptional leadership to quality teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization to resolve quality issues and improve processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to problem-solve, collaborate, and lead teams to achieve high-quality production standards.
