A Food Manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Director of Sales & Regulatory Affairs. The candidate will be tasked with leading and executing sales strategies, manage distributor relationships and grow market share in the Americas. The candidate will work closely with a cross-functional team to support business development, marketing and technical coordination.The role is a hybrid position located in Torrance, California (after the first 3-months of being in office) and does require about 25% of travel.The **Travel domestically and internationally when needed, to increase relationships with customers and distributors. (one week per month).Establish and manager all sales related KPI's.Scientific & Analytical support, working alongside the scientific and regulatory teams facilitating data for GRAS submissions and clinical trial preparation.Assist in planning for industry events such as trade shows and conferences for high customer engagement.The **Bachelors Degree in biology or a related scientific field.10+ years of professional experience working in Food or Supplement manufacturing.Prior sales experience working with raw materials or supplements.Prior leadership skills and working alongside/ apart of cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills.
