Our company offers an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll lead and motivate the sales team, develop innovative sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. We offer excellent professional and financial growth opportunities.Deliverables and Responsibilities:Full-time IN-OFFICE, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweekWorking in Fort Lauderdale, alongside account managers and a full team of educational professionalsOversee daily sales operationsManaging and coordinating all sales activitiesCreate and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer baseDevelop strategies and set performance goalsTrack and report sales metricsIdentify emerging markets to find new salesQualifications (Education, Experience and Skills)Minimum 5 years experience in managing sales in corporate settingBachelors degree in Business, or related fields preferredExtensive experience in sales preferably with professionals such as Physicians and NursesExperience working with customer CRM is important as working with a CRM is an integral part of the position (examples include SalesForce, Zoho, HubSpot, and MS Office)Health Care background is a plusStrong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a teamAnalytical skills to interpret sales dataProven record of success with entire sales process from planning to closingSuccess rate at levels above sales quotaAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategiesWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. This role is a blend of strategy, leadership, and hands-on execution, ideal for a driven professional eager for growth. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our companys success by developing and executing effective sales strategies, mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Range $110,000- $150,000, including commissions. This is NOT a new position.
