The experienced team works closely with clients, design professionals, and trade partners to ensure successful project outcomes.Role DescriptionWe are seeking someone for a hybrid Project Manger & Superintendent role that will work closely with the Senior Construction Superintendent and Project Executive to manage and oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successfull candidate will be assigned to work on a multi family apartment buildings in Manhattan, which are ungergoing gut renovations. Key Responsibilities- Assist the Construction Superintendent in overseeing all aspects of day-to-day construction activities.- Ensure the project adheres to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely completion of tasks.- Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily construction activities and materials used.- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.- Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to minimize delays or disruptions.- Ensure the job site is properly organized, safe, and clean.- Assist in conducting inspections and quality control checks.- Review blueprints, construction plans, and specifications for accuracy and completeness.- Assist in the management of project schedules and the procurement of materials.Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in construction management or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.- Familiarity with NYC building regulations and permitting.- Proficiency in Procore construction software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in addressing issues on-site.- 40hr SSTBenefits- $75,000 to $100,000 salary based on experience.- Paid time off and holidays.- Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
