As a global company, we offer the opportunity to progress your career here in the U.S. or potentially work in one of our international offices in Europe or the Middle East.Job *Proactively identify and engage with top talent for HR/Administrative roles through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, etc.)Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best match for client requirementsMaintain a strong candidate pipeline and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment processBuild long-term relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirationsIdentify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referralsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsWork closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutionsConduct client meetings to pitch recruitment services and negotiate contractsEnsure client satisfaction by providing a high level of service and exceeding expectationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our CRM systemProvide regular updates to management on business development activities, candidate placements, and performance metrics*3+ years of proven experience in HR recruitment or sales with a recruitment agency setting (REQUIRED)Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (required)Strong business development skills with the ability to generate new leads and convert them into clientsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with candidates and clientsStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksA proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for sales and recruitment**Competitive salary (DOE): $65,000-$80,000Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive team environmentClear career progression and professional development opportunitiesFlexible hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in-office in Downtown OrlandoMultiple health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision for employees and their families, plus various voluntary benefit options.100% employer-covered High Deductible Health Plan for employee-only coverage, plus employer-paid basic life insurance and long-term disability for all full-time employees.Up to 4% employer match on 401(k) contributionsGenerous PTO policies, plus 10 paid holidays off!
