Their expertise lies in delivering tailored NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and business success for their clients. As they expand our NetSuite practice, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of NetSuite Consulting to lead and grow this division.Role OverviewAs the Director of NetSuite Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our NetSuite practice. Initially, this role will be hands-on, leading implementations and working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions. Over time, you will transition into a more strategic leadership role, building and managing a team of NetSuite consultants to drive the firms continued growth in this space.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations for clients in the financial sector.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide customized NetSuite solutions.Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices and system optimization.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.Develop and implement strategies to scale the NetSuite consulting practice.Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of NetSuite consultants as the practice grows.Stay updated with NetSuite advancements and ensure the firm remains at the forefront of industry trends.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive new client engagements.RequirementsExtensive experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and consulting.Strong understanding of financial processes and how they integrate within NetSuite.Experience working within or consulting for financial services firms is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.Leadership experience with a passion for building and developing teams.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.NetSuite certifications are a plus.
