Role-SAP S/4HANA CDS Analytics Consultant with Power BI IntegrationDuration 12+MonthsLocation-Dallas, TX-Onsite Day 1Need candidate who can go for in-person interviewJob Description:We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA CDS Analytics Consultant with expertise in developing Analytical and Projection CDS Views directly on SAP S/4HANA and integrating them with Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP data modeling, real-time analytics, and dashboard reporting. While experience in SAP BW/4HANA is a plus, this role focuses primarily on SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and CDS-based reporting.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop Analytical, Projection, and Consumption CDS Views directly in SAP S/4HANA to support real-time reporting and analytics.• Define Virtual Data Models (VDM) in SAP S/4HANA for various business processes.• Optimize CDS Views using annotations for analytics, aggregation, and performance tuning.• Integrate SAP S/4HANA CDS Views with Microsoft Power BI using OData, SAP Connector, or DirectQuery for seamless reporting.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards, and interactive reports.• Ensure data governance, security, and performance optimization for analytical CDS models.• Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and integration with Fiori Analytical Apps.• Support SAP BW-based reporting as a secondary skill if required.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA developing Analytical CDS Views.• Strong knowledge of CDS Annotations (e.g., @Analytics.query, @EndUserText.label, @Aggregation.default, @Consumption.filter).• Experience in designing SAP S/4HANA Virtual Data Models (VDM) and integrating them with Power BI.• Hands-on expertise in OData services and SAP Gateway for data extraction.• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices).• Understanding of SAP Fiori Analytical Apps and embedded analytics capabilities.• Ability to work with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, Open ODS, and Composite Providers (nice to have).• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).• Familiarity with SAP HANA SQL, Calculation Views, and Performance Optimization.If you have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA CDS Analytics and Power BI integration, we invite you to join our team and drive real-time analytics in a dynamic project environment.
