We have a great culture and a tenured team that will enthusiastically support your growth.Business Development Specialist Duties:As the title reads, we really want someone who can take initiative and tap into new client companies, or organizations we have not worked with in a while.Develop new opportunities to partner with them.Build new and long-term relationships with leadership teams and field Teams calls and site visits as needed.Build your business and maximize your earning potential by "vetting" companies, negotiating contracts and closing offers for applicants.Outbound call role, where consultive sales will be priority.
