Network Operations and IT Systems SpecialistLong-Term Contract (Contract to perm position)Atlanta, GA***** The OCC Solution Center team is responsible for supporting first and second-level IT issues, along with Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests, to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure within the Operations and Customer Center (OCC). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in multiple operating systems, systems integration, architecture, and programming languages. A solid understanding of the network environment is also essential. Familiarity with VMWare and VDI infrastructure is highly desired, along with experience using multiple ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Asset, and Request. Network knowledge is required, and the candidate must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds regularly. ***** Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCC VDI infrastructure using VMWare and Teradici tools to ensure optimal performance and stability.Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCC Radio infrastructure , collaborating with ATL Radio, Radio Shop, and vendor Zetron for efficient resolution of issues.Entitle, install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot operating systems and other systems software products to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.Configure, install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot hardware systems to support operational needs.Complete work orders assigned , ensuring all tasks are performed according to established procedures and timelines.Implement changes to platforms with minimal business disruption , following OCC procedures for VDI and physical infrastructure adjustments.Create and monitor network/local print queues for all printers, ensuring they are functioning correctly and providing support when issues arise.Collaborate with Sr. Systems Engineer to manage and optimize the OCC network for enhanced performance and reliability.Write, submit, and perform RFCs (Requests for Change) for OCC Solution Center tasks as assigned, following all change management protocols.Coordinate external vendor services to ensure efficient delivery service and resolve technical issues promptly.Vishnu SinghEmail : vishnu@Phone : 470 451 0404
