Contract Surety Territory Manager

JCW is partnered with a well-respected surety company seeking an experienced Regional Contract Surety Underwriter to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting contract surety bonds, managing a small team of underwriters, and fostering relationships with agents and brokers. Key **Underwrite and manage a portfolio of contract surety bonds, e.Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and clients to drive business growth.Manage a small team of junior underwriters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of underwriting guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.Qualifications & **5+ years of contract surety underwriting experience.Experience and connections in the Mid-Atlantic Territory.Must be able to work in the Fulton, Maryland office 3 days a week.
