As we accelerate our growth, we're seeking a Client Strategist to lead project execution and manage relationships across key accounts.In this role, you'll use your digital media and marketing expertise, combined with strategic problem-solving skills, to shape go-to-market strategies for our clients. You'll also use your advisory and relationship-building experience to drive account growth. Orchard is home to those who thrive in start-up environments. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead project strategy and delivery from initial brief to final output, managing internal teams and client relationships.Analyze research data to develop insight reports and present recommendations to clients.Mentor junior strategists and contribute to internal growth efforts (e.g., marketing, process improvement).Collaborate with creative, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional results.Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by advising on innovative research strategies.Identify new opportunities in existing accounts through relationship building and innovative project proposals.Requirements:Must reside in the Chicago area or willing to relocate, with hybrid work schedule.3-6 years of experience in innovation, research, marketing strategy, or growth strategy.Proven experience communicating effectively with advertisers, agencies, and clients, influencing C-level stakeholders with compelling, data-driven storytelling.Deep understanding of both traditional and online marketing strategies.AStrong client management skills, including strategic assessment, effective questioning, and competitive selling.Ability to inspire teams and push the boundaries of what's possible.
