As a Junior Inside Sales at MEDA Engineering, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships. This role requires someone with strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of the recruiting process. Your ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions will be key to your success.**Proactively reach out to new potential clients, including businesses in need of technical talentEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, learning their recruitment needs and providing solutionsConduct outbound calls, follow-up communicationTrack and update lead information and sales activity in our CRM systemPartner with the outside sales team to ensure seamless handoffs from you to outside sales team.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, lead-generation quotas, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)Stay updated on recruitment trends, competitor offerings, and industry-specific hiring challenges to better inform client discussionsREQUIRED SKILLS & *2-3 years of experience in inside sales, or business development, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industryDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, generating leadsIn-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, especially technical and engineering recruitmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage clientsComfortable using Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and sales platforms like LinkedIn, etcMotivated to meet sales goals, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive marketExperience in B2B sales within the recruitment industry, particularly in technical or engineering sectors preferredKnowledge of staffing models (temporary, permanent, executive search, etc.) preferredOTHER PERKS & ****Extended health careDental careBase salary + commissionMEDA offers an excellent referral bonus.
