Engineering Project Manager

Location: 5 days/week on-site in Indianapolis, INDuration: Permanent / Direct HireSalary: $90K-130K/year - dependent on years of experienceDescription: Insight Globals client is seeking a Project Manager in the construction space for Transmission & Distribution. The essential functions include preparing project construction schedules and cost estimates, managing daily project activities, and serving as the main contact for project personnel. Responsibilities also involve coordinating meetings, updates, and deliverables with clients, monitoring job costs versus budgets, and reporting to management. Additionally, the role requires submitting "Requests for Information" and change orders, conducting field evaluations and walk-downs to determine constructability, and assisting construction personnel with cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Regular attendance and compliance with company policies and ethical standards are also essential. This role is an onsite position that will require about 20% of travel.Qualifications: 2+ years working on transmission & distribution projects3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
