Construction Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator provides support for and collaborates with Construction Managers on all major aspects of project execution, including scheduling, key quality inspections, material and equipment sourcing, budget management, design review, and bid documentation. This individual is a hardworking, organized team player who demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills and thrives in a deadline-driven environment that requires multitasking.What You Will Do: Work with Construction Managers to execute projects on time and within budgetPrepare FF&E/equipment lists for purchase orders and track shipments with procurement to ensure deliveryCollaborate with internal and external project teams to prepare and distribute progress reports, including, but not limited to, critical project milestones, equipment installation schedules, and store opening forecastsEnsure external partners follow project guidelines and SOPs and meet construction quality standardsHost recurring meetings with vendor partners and internal stakeholder teams and create meeting agendas and PowerPoint presentationsAssist with project closeouts and prepare executive summary reportsCoordinate meetings, allocate resources, take meeting notes, and disseminate information to relevant personnelParticipate in the process of vetting general contractors and managing the vendor listCoordinate and facilitate administrative tasks in Procore with internal and external partnersReview General contractor pay applications in collaboration with Construction Manager to ensure all supporting documentation is attachedTrack pay applications with accounting departmentGather Utility account information and transfer them to third party companies responsible for managing all utility payments.How You Will Shine:Three or more years of experience in project coordination and/or engineering (car wash experience a plus)Experience interacting with multiple corporate stakeholdersExcellent writing skills with a high level of attention to detailActive listener with the ability to speak clearly and relate well to othersHardworking and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and competing timelinesProficient in MS OfficeWillingness to travel as neededWillingness to perform site visits when need itWhat motivates our team:Excellent Benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, etc.Career Progression with a high growth, publicly traded company.Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offered after 6 months of employment.Modern office space in the heart of downtown Tucson.On-site Fitness Gym and Bike Share.Employee Game Room and Lounge.Free Unlimited Wash Club Membership.Its your time to SHINE!
