Project Cost Analyst We're working with a private equity-backed defense manufacturer to hire a Project Cost Analyst. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with experience in government projects and can be based in either Boston, MA, or Washington, DC.It's an exciting opportunity for a motivated analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced organization where every day brings something new.Responsibilities: Maintain timely program oversight with accurate financial tracking and risk management.Monitor weekly costs to ensure budget alignment and correct allocations.Provide cost analysis and EVMS support to program leadership.Prepare and submit financial CDRLs on schedule.Coordinate with the team to develop and update schedules.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 3 years of experience in the defense industryProficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and database analysis), Word, and PowerPointAt least 2 years of experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle, with familiarity in exporting data to Excel for analysisEligibility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)Hands-on experience working on government projectsSalary: $90 - 110k PABenefits: 5% bonus, 401k, health insurance
