Duration: 6+ monthsPer Diem Offered (for non-local candidates)Schedule: 50-60 hours/weekJob Summary:Our client, a leading company in the mining & metals sector, is seeking a Turnover Coordinator to support the successful commissioning and completion of a greenfield advanced manufacturing facility. The Turnover Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring seamless transitions from construction to commissioning, maintaining documentation, and driving final subsystem completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple project disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all check sheets are generated, distributed, and ready for use by the commissioning team.Collect and manage completed check sheets, ensuring accurate entry into the tracking system.Maintain and update punch lists and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) logs, ensuring all outstanding issues are documented and tracked to resolution.Facilitate turnover processes by compiling and organizing comprehensive Turnover (TO) packages.Monitor and track progress, creating dashboards and reports to provide visibility into system completions.Drive final subsystem completion for construction, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards.Work closely with construction, commissioning, and project management teams to coordinate and resolve turnover-related issues.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company procedures throughout the turnover process.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in construction, commissioning, or turnover coordination within mining, metals, oil & gas, power, or advanced manufacturing projects.Strong understanding of turnover procedures, commissioning workflows, and construction completions.Proficiency in project management tools and documentation systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Procore, Aconex, or similar platforms).Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with QA/QC processes, industry codes, and safety regulations.Why Join Us?Be part of a cutting-edge greenfield manufacturing project in the mining & metals industry.Work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with industry experts.Competitive compensation and potential for career growth within the company.If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrive in a dynamic industrial environment, we encourage you to apply!
