Project Manager - Wireless Construction

Job DutiesManage all aspects of large-scale wireless construction projects across multiple sites and multiple marketsProvide ongoing updates to customer via phone and email communicationsReview requests and ensure they are within scopeCreate POR and submit to clientReview all Construction DrawingsCreate Bill of Materials with detailed line items and pricingMonitor project budget and report on cause of any budget overagesMonitor project schedule and report on cause of any deviationsCommunicate with customer via phone and email for project updates and issuesRequired Skills and Experience5-8 years of relevant Project Management experienceExtensive prior experience on large-scale Verizon Wireless construction projectsExperience with multiple site types and locations: Macro, Rooftop, MDU, etc.Prior experience as a Construction Manager or Equipment Engineer for Verizon projects is highly preferredKnowledge of Verizon tools such as Fuze and SiteTrackerExperience working directly with customers, vendors, and GCsExceptional organizational and communication skillsPrior experience and ability to lead and direct meetings with customer and other stakeholders to effectively communicate project updates and challenges
