Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that elevate healthcare training, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes and a safer healthcare environment.POSITION SUMMARY:The Integration Project Manager (IPM) plans, coordinates, and completes product installation services. The IPM will oversee the project, the project team and be responsible for the overall success of the project. The IPM must possess a strong understanding of project management principles and pro-cesses. The IPM will own the assigned projects in all aspects (planning, scheduling, budgets, billing, deliverables, etc.) and will lead the projects according to the documented Project Management Frame-work. The Integration Project Manager must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work with various groups across many different organizational levels, an understanding of construction pro-jects, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) to maintain a smooth transition from pre-sales through installation.Apply project management principles to track and control projects through successful delivery services and prepare project planning documentation (statements of work, budgets, schedules, communication plans, resource allocations, change orders, etc.).Full accountability of the project for budgets, schedules, resources, risk management and mit-igation, etc.Manage multiple projects, estimate the effort required to complete work, follow through on deadlines, negotiate priorities and navigate in a fast-paced environment. Anticipate roadblocks and potential delays to proactively mitigate.Serve as the single point of contact for the customer and internal teams.Lead internal and client meetings related to projects.Create and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization, maintaining a team atmosphere and work environment.Identify opportunities to expand the services footprint for the client; collaborate with Sales to drive expanding revenue within the client base.Submit tickets for any technical issues encountered outside of the hardware deployment and follow through to closure.Manage resources: define work, ensure contract compliance, approve invoices, etc.Understand the processes needed to customize solutions that meet multiple end-user/technical requirements.REQUIREMENTS:College degree in Computer Sciences and/or 4-5 years' equivalent experience in Project Man-agement or Audiovisual Implementation.PMP certification or working towards certification that will be completed within 6 months of employment.Travel up to 25%Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally follow up, move forward/advance, and close projectsAbility to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.Organized individual with the ability to manage vast and varied projects.Excellent listening, presentation, and communications skills.Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and a strong team-based attitude.Strong analytical skills and high initiativeSolid track record of working in teams and meeting deadlinesProficient with office technology and Microsoft Office.PREFERRED:Prior experience with Elevate Healthcare LearningSpace or similar Healthcare Simulation Cen-ter Management solution.Prior experience with installing and/or using integrated Audio-Visual systemsExperience utilizing a major client relationship management system ie; SalesforceExperience working with general contractors on various types of construction and remodeling projectsExperience reading and understanding construction drawings and Audio-Visual system dia-gram drawingsGENERAL:Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures both at El-evate Healthcare and wherever Elevate Healthcare represents Elevate Healthcare (i.e., pro-gram site, trade show, etc.).Perform all duties in compliance with and enforce legal and ethical standards including Elevate Healthcare's Code of Business Conduct, Elevate Healthcare's policies and procedures, country laws and regulations, Federal and States or Provincial Laws, policies and standards.Maintain security of all proprietary information.Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift or push weight up to 50 pounds (simulators).Ability to operate standard office equipment.Elevate is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected factor.
