Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and deploys robotic process automation software to automate transactional tasks such as building and loading journal entries for month-end close, uploading support to balance sheet reconciliation software, downloading and saving various reports required on a routine basis for support or analysis, assist in search of accounts payable for various invoices, and check for financial accuracy among other things.Evaluates and compares current process to future state, including process mapping and documentation, and deploys automation software to improve speed and accuracy of financial process.Evaluates potential projects in collaboration with consumers and manager. Helps make recommendations to leadership on which projects to prioritize and tracks hours of work saved on completed projects.Researches, tests, and collaborates with team on emerging technology solutions in the automation space.QualificationsExperience as a Business Systems AnalystFamiliar with Oracle Cloud toolsExperience in managing, researching, and documenting system processes.Data Warehouse experienceSQL Queries and operational data analysisExperience as a report developerOracle Cloud Financial certification preferred, but not requiredCandidate must be up to date with their vaccinations since they will be working at a hospital
