Principal MedTech

LSC is looking for a MedTech Principal.We will offer you the opportunity to work for Global Pharma Leaders and with an internal international team of exceptional people and a full exposure to a variety of valuable engagement-based responsibilities.Key Role and Responsibilities• Develop and cultivate relationships with C-level Stakeholders, and Senior Client Executives, focusing on client satisfaction and fostering trust.• Leads discussions, acting as subject matter expert and scientific thought partner to clients and internal/external stakeholders.• Contribute to, and actively drive Business Development in collaboration with Partners; identify, pursue and lead the development of new business opportunities on existing clients' accounts, including the expansion of services with existing clients within MedTech.• Drive performance targets for key client accounts; working with internal teams to achieve revenue growth, and profitability targets.• Responsible owner of client engagements, with oversight of delivery excellence and project initiatives, setting project direction with resource allocation; managing profitability.• Acts as a strategic advisor, to effectively identify, mitigate and resolve complex risk issues within client engagements and internal business functions; with the enhancement of internal best practices /methods.Required Profile• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in top-tier strategic management consulting, MedTech practice and related sectors.• An advanced degree from a top tier university - MBA is considered a plus.• Proven leadership and account management in a corporate setting.• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex business problems.• Exceptional quantitative skills.• Strong communication skills and well-honed ability to build relationships with both clients and team members.• Experience to motivate and coach people in multiple dimensions, including analytical, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal.• Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic international environment with accelerated career opportunities.• Full availability to travel.• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.• Location: NY.• Full on-site.
