Firm understanding of building siting studies/QRSsExperience on offshore capital projects (FEED and/or EPCExposure to FERC requirements, clarification and reviews associated with Safety Engineering related to capital projects is preferredMust have experience working with 3rd parties in supporting the development of specialty process safety related issues.
