JOB **An Omorovicza Sales & Education Specialist is able to drive sales and continue to build positive brand awareness across our brick and mortar channels which include Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Bergdorf Goodman in a specified market. The Sales & Education Specialist will focus on implementing sales & training strategies and executing successful events in-store. A passion for the beauty industry, an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to build strong retailer partnerships, and creating consumer connections while sharing the Omorovicza values are a must.This role is part of the retail field sales team, reporting directly to the North American Director of Sales. This position will be based out of a specified market.KEY *Achieve targeted market sales growth.Foster professional, dynamic relationships with all levels of retailer employees through consistent education and in-store side-by-side selling.Implement & lead branded retailer training and event strategies to build brand awareness and increase market share in partnership with Lead Trainer and North American Director of Sales..Maximize productivity in supported doors by partnering with Lead Trainer and North American Director of Sales to strategize and execute store visits to support market-specific needs by door.Ensure brand merchandising and visual standards are aligned with Omorovicza expectations.Resolve discrepancies at store level, or by elevating as necessary.Ensure inventory optimization through proper store and Omorovicza corporate communication.Provide innovation insight on competitive trends, assortment needs, and best practices.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:This role is for working primarily at Nordstrom Galleria at Roseville but may on occasion require work elsewhere for special events in the greater Roseville area. Candidate must be willing to travel.3+ years managing across multiple doors in a retail centric environment (Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman etc. a plus)Proven track record of achieving personal and market sales goals.Strong sales, education, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Experience working and leading successful beauty events.Excellent time management skills.Professional attitude and ability to be flexible to handle change in a positive manner.Ability to inspire and motivate.Impeccable verbal, written and communication skills.Ability to work well and flourish in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.ADDITIONAL *Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.Able to stand for up to 8 hours.Ability to travel locally.Must have reliable means of transportation.HOURS AND **This is part time and will require up to 12 hours of support a week.Continued education and ability to try new products.Product discounts for personal use.Sick time accrualOption to contribute to a 401(k) plan.
