We are looking for a talented technical sales consultant to work out of our Raleigh, NC office covering portions of Central and Eastern North Carolina including clients in the cities of Raleigh, Fayetteville, Wilmington, & Greenville, NC and surrounding counties. R L Kunz, Inc. is a trusted supplier of air handling equipment serving new and established OEMs, industrial facilities, mechanical subcontractors and other potential clients in the territory.Role DescriptionThe applicant is required to be self-motivated with an advanced understanding of mechanical engineering. The applicant must possess the ability to understand, learn, and digest the mechanical workings and properties of industrial equipment. Responsibilities will consist of managing and calling on manufacturing plants, engineering firms, mechanical contractors, and end users within an assigned sales territory. We offer integrated solutions to our clients using the network of manufacturing partnerships that we have in place. Post selling project management will be required in many instances. Relationship selling is key to providing top quality service, sharing application knowledge, meeting our commitments, and solving problems.
