Are you seeking a new sales opportunity? Do you have experience in the staffing industry, particularly within the MSP space? We have Senior Account Executive positions available at various locations across the USA!Position **As part of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for winning and growing new clients in the IT Staffing space.You will work closely with delivery ecosystem to ensure the accomplishment of all contract line KPIs and goals both internally and externally. Partnering with Field leadership, you will execute on lead generation campaigns to win new enterprise logos, MSP accounts, and grow client portfolio revenue. In this individual contributor role, you will be a sales leader and SME within your geographic region.Sales *Lead business development efforts, including lead generation, client meetings, and securing new enterprise staffing programs.Conduct presentations, market analysis, and highlight IT staffing service differentiators to prospective clients.Build relationships with decision-makers within MSP, Procurement, and VP/C-Level IT communities.Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM.Pursue field recruiter leads to enterprise account status.Develop marketing strategies for contracting and respond to RFPs.Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows.Provide sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.Assist in negotiating SOW and contract terms for accounts.Support VMS/MSP program sponsorships.Ensure client KPIs are met in partnership with the delivery team.Participate in client QBRs and help identify account expansion opportunities.*Bachelor's Degree preferred.5+ years' experience in staffing, preferably IT, with increased responsibility and demonstrated success winning and/or growing accounts.Experience working in a fast paced, competitive, goals-oriented environment.Experience selling into MSP's, Procurement and/or VP/C - level stakeholders.Experience navigating complex org charts and multi-threading relationships to identify and influence key stakeholders.Experience or strong knowledge of various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).Proven experience hitting and exceeding sales goals and delivering results.Ability to travel as needed for client events and meetings.**Great Benefit Package.Competitive Base Salary & Lucrative Monthly Commission Structure.
