Our diverse capabilities encompass janitorial services, rental car management, solutions tailored for hotels and warehouses, preventive auto maintenance, and more.As Area Manager you will be responsible for responsible for overseeing multiple locations, within New York and New Jersey. You ensure operational efficiency, manage operations supervisors, and uphold company standards to achieve business objectives. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of service delivery, optimizing operational processes, and promoting a productive work environment at each location.Key **Oversee day-to-day operations at various locations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service delivery.Provide direct support to operations supervisors, helping them manage their teams and resolve any operational issues.  Assist operations supervisors in implementing company policies, procedures, and improve practices.Offer guidance and leadership to ensure that operations supervisors and their teams perform optimally.  Ensure that operations at each location comply with company standards and policies.Monitor and enforce quality control measures to maintain and improve service quality.Identify areas of operational improvement at each site and work with supervisors to implement effective solutions.  Standardize operational processes across all locations to ensure consistency and best practices.Foster a positive and productive work environment operations local supervisors and frontline employees.  Conduct performance evaluations for operations supervisors, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional development.Requirements & **3-5+ years in a managerial role, preferably in car rental industry or a related fieldProven track record of leading teams, managing daily operations, and driving business growth.**Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Bilingual Spanish PreferredWhat we offerCompetitive salaryPTOOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic, collaborative, and innovative work culture.Health insuranceBonus Plan
