Company DescriptionTower Fund Capital is a private NY-based real estate balance sheet lender.Since 1986 Funds concentration has been directed at SFR, Multifamily, Mixed-use, and retail assets.Tower Fund Capital provides loans to borrowers that are not a direct fit to the bank or institutional financing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development at Tower Fund Capital. The Director must have a substantial client base and an existing pipeline.Responsibilities will include organizing a team of originators, targeting new business development with brokers and sponsors, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management.QualificationsNew Business Development and Business Planning Lead Generation and Account Management Experience in Contract NegotiationStrong quantitative and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient knowledge of the private debt and real estate industry
