The firm currently oversees more than $2.1 billion in assets.Role DescriptionThe Vice President of Sales is responsible for the execution of all sales, service, and marketing related activities in their territory. The product structure is separately managed accounts in five growth equity categories with strong relative performance. The position will focus on wire house, independent and regional broker dealers, RIA firms, and other allocators to separately managed accounts. The VP of Sales is responsible for directly managing major markets within their territory with a client-centric, driven approach to the marketplace. Performance is measured by gross and net flows, assets under management, sales activities, client expansion and retention, as well as contribution to the overall growth of the firm.Responsibilities• Execute a sales strategy consistent with our sales goals with accountability for sales performance.• Maintain and cultivate existing advisor relationships and aggressively expand into new advisor relationships for growth.• Convey deep technical knowledge of the firm's investment strategies.• Document all activities such as calls, emails, meetings, and follow-up activities.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field. Series 7 and 63 licensed preferred• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling separately managed accounts with significant advisor relationships at UBS, LPL, Envestnet, Orion, Morgan Stanley or another major firm.• A proven track record of success developing advisor relationships and proven sales.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clearly and concisely explain complex concepts and articulate investment strategies and decisions.• Desire to work in a team environment possessing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.• High degree of self-motivation and professionalism.• Potentially significant travel required.CompensationBase ~100k with considerable commissions
