We are currently looking for a Vice President of Asset Management for a well-established development company. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement asset strategies to optimize financial performance and long-term value creation. Directly supervise Asset Managers and Associates, providing leadership and guidance. Oversee a portfolio of 25+ assets throughout the Puget Sound and major California markets, ensuring maximized returns and strategic execution, with strong portfolio growth forecasts. Drive leasing and revenue optimization strategies, ensuring strong occupancy and tenant relationships. Collaborate with in-house and third-party property managers, leasing teams, and development managers to execute both the development and stabilized asset business plans efficiently. Manage capital planning, property renovations, and deferred maintenance to enhance asset value. Serve as a key liaison with investors, lenders, and executive leadership, delivering clear and compelling financial and operational reporting. Manage the acquisition of stabilized and value add assets including the due diligence market and property analysis, and growth opportunities for future investments. Maintain a deep understanding of local and regional real estate markets to identify and capitalize on market trends to drive portfolio growth and strategic initiatives. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Experienced ***** 10+ years of experience in asset management with a strong track record of maximizing returns in multifamily, senior, and affordable housing. Strategic ***** Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics. Financial ***** Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, leasing, and portfolio management. Relationship ***** Strong interpersonal skills to foster connections with investors, tenants, partners, and internal teams.
