Role **We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build and nurture client relationships, and expand our market presence in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semiconductor products, a proven track record in technical sales, and strong leadership skills to lead a sales team to success.________________________________________1. Sales Strategy **o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions or markets.o Identify growth opportunities and establish competitive market positioning.2. Client *o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.3. Business *o Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.o Collaborate with internal engineering and marketing teams to provide customized semiconductor solutions.4. Market *o Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.o Provide regular market analysis and sales forecasts to leadership.5. Product *o Maintain an in-depth understanding of semiconductor products, including ICs, microcontrollers, power semiconductors, and related technologies.o Present technical product demonstrations and provide guidance to clients.6. Sales *o Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.o Manage sales cycles, pipeline tracking, and CRM reporting.7. Team ** Work with Global sales and Marketing teams and work as a single integrated unit.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor sales, technical sales, or business development.• Expertise in selling Test Engineering, IC design, PCB design and Embedded Software services• Ready to travel in US; Work on different time zones to work with engineering teams and customers.• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the semiconductor industry.• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products and applications.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large accounts.• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.• Willingness to travel as needed.________________________________________Key Competencies• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Relationship-building and customer-focused mindset.• Leadership and team management skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
