We craft strategies that drive conversations and result in meaningful change.Penn Quarter Partners is seeking an Account Manager to support public affairs campaigns, develop strategic communications, and help clients navigate policy, business and media challenges. This role is ideal for a strong writer and communicator who can contribute to advocacy and communications campaign strategies and build relationships with key stakeholders.We're looking for a proactive team player who can manage multiple projects and create compelling content to advance high-profile initiatives, work alongside top professionals in the industry, and play a key role in shaping campaigns that drive impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a difference in public affairs and policy communications, we want to hear from you.Key **Support the development and execution of strategic communications and public affairs campaigns that shape narratives, strengthen client reputations and influence policy decisions.Craft compelling messaging materials, including op-eds, blog posts, social media content, briefing materials, etc.Assist in media monitoring and engagement, including identifying opportunities, coordinating outreach, and building relationships with key reporters and influencers to elevate client priorities.Monitor industry trends and integrate insights into client strategies.Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative and results-driven solutions.Contribute to strategic planning, issue advocacy efforts, and new business initiatives.**3-5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, advocacy campaigns, or strategic communications.Outstanding writing and storytelling skills - ability to translate complex issues into clear, persuasive messages.Strong presentation, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field preferred.Experience working with journalists and media preferred.If interested, please email your resume to careers@.
