Join us and help shape our sales engine"”and our future.About The RoleAs a founding member of our clients GTM team, youll own our outbound strategy and have the responsibility of generating pipeline. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the first Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our client and help shape our go-to-market strategy. Youll be joining a fast-paced startup environment where your role will evolve as we grow. Youll have the autonomy to experiment with different approaches and directly impact our sales pipeline development. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to progress into an Account Executive position as they expand their GTM org.A Day in the Life:Start your day with a clear plan, diving into targeted prospecting across channels (primarily cold emailing)Conduct research on and reach out to target accounts and prospects constantly, mainly through outbound (cold calling, cold emailing)Leverage your deep knowledge of essential SDR tools (CRMs, outreach platforms, research tools) to streamline your workflow and manage a robust pipelineContinuously refine and optimize our outreach process"”experience as an early-stage SDR is preferred hereMaintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions in our CRM to ensure a smooth handoff to the foundersCollaborate with founders and colleagues to share insights and feedback that drive our growthKey Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Conduct targeted outreach to identify and engage potential clients in a few different verticals.Prospect Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, pain points, and interest level.Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute outreach strategies (cold emailing, and some other methods) to generate interest and build the top of the sales funnel.Pipeline Management: Maintain organized records of prospect interactions and progress in our CRM, ensuring accurate data to support smooth handoffs to the sales team.Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to refine lead generation and qualification strategies.What We're Looking ForExperience: 1-3+ years as an SDR (preferred at an early-stage company), with a proven track record in outbound lead generationTool Savvy: You know the ins and outs of the tools every SDR needs to succeed and can hit the ground runningSelf-Starter: Highly motivated and ready to take complete ownership of your role in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCommunication Pro: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that make you a natural at engaging prospectsProcess-Oriented: You know the SDR playbook and are eager to refine and optimize our process for maximum impact & outreach efficiencyHighly Organized: You follow a strict process to maintain CRM cleanliness and keep track of experiments you're running and their results.Sales Development Expertise: This isn't your first rodeo"”youve tested various tools, know messaging best practices, and understand how to scale an outbound effort without getting flagged as spam.Ownership Mindset: Willingness to take on a high level of ownership in an early-stage environment, where you'll be shaping your role as the company grows.What You Can ExpectCompetitive Compensation: Base salary with performance-based commissions and equity to reward your successCareer Growth: As a founding member, you'll have plenty of opportunities to evolve into a senior role as we scaleCollaborative Culture: Work directly with the founders and a passionate team committed to building something transformativePay TransparencyThe annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000, with commission and on-target earnings up to $90,000 - $100,000.
