Our client, a Womens Ready-To-Wear Brand, is seeking an Store Manager to help support their staff in Miami Beach, FL!JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Store Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and creating long lasting client relationships. The Store Manager role will aid the store through the development of client books as well as the team's client book. This position will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the operations and systems of the store run smoothly.Role and Key Responsibilities:Represent as a Brand Ambassador in the communityProvide the best shopping experience for each clientDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and associatesEnsure boutique maintenance, presentation and organizationMaintain operations by coordinating and enforcing all policies and proceduresEnsure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenanceCapability to identify, monitor and support directives.Enhance the brands image by maintaining standards and integrityEnsure the selling floor is pristine and organizedIdentify and communicate product concerns in a timely mannerTake accountability for bi annual inventoriesMonitor the movement of all inventory and ensure that staff adheres to all retail policies and proceduresQualifications:Proven track record in achieving financial plansExcellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience in leadership, motivation, training and development of retail staff.Capacity to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
