About the Role:As a Client Relations Executive at Athena Blue, you will play a pivotal role in our client relations and sales (CRS) process. From prospecting potential clients to connecting and pitching, and managing existing client relationships, you will be involved in every aspect of the CRS process. Your core responsibility will be to secure work within the pipeline and support the wider US and Canadian team.Key Responsibilities:Develop, contribute, and improve the CRS strategy for the business.Drive overall sales to new heights, increasing Athena Blue's market reach, credibility, and industry recognition within your local market. Build and develop an in-depth local network and peer group.Secure leads within lead generation and research processes, supported by our lead gen and marketing team.Provide project teams with sufficient background, detail, and scope to set up projects comfortably and close out pre-appointment requirements.Attend client meetings regularly to ensure clients are serviced properly and their expectations are met.Develop and maintain existing client relationships and processes.Develop new pipelines, locations, and clients in targeted sectors and industries as directed by the Head of NAMER.About You:Proactive in securing leads and building client relationships.Strong networking and local network development skills.Collaborative approach, working with various departments to achieve goals.Committed to driving sales and expanding market reach.Excellent interpersonal, partnership, and teamwork skills.Strategic, detail-oriented, with strong decision-making abilities.Skilled in communication, relationship building, and influencing.Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and follow processes.Maintains confidentiality when necessary.Have a calm, pleasant, confident, and helpful manner.Be an adaptable team player with a positive attitude.Highly organised with effective time management skillsResilient with a "can-do" mindset.
