Account Manager

A leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive customer engagement, account growth, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on managing key accounts, optimizing supply chain performance, and fostering collaboration across internal teams to deliver top-tier logistics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute account strategies, including Account Development Plans, relationship management, opportunity identification, and financial projections.Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and onboarding new clients.Analyze industry trends and operational data to improve supply chain solutions.Manage customer requests, including Spot Quotes, RFQs, and RFPs, in coordination with internal teams.Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring quick issue resolution and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet account objectives.Monitor and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across operational branches.Track operational performance and recommend improvements.Generate and distribute performance reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs).Participate in client meetings and conference calls as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, or Business.3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or operations within logistics.Strong industry knowledge and experience developing account growth strategies.Ability to analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience working in global, multicultural business environments.Fluency in English required.Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams effectively.Join Our Team!If youre an experienced logistics professional looking for an opportunity to manage high-impact accounts and drive business growth, we want to hear from you!
