Your Career Advancement Opportunities You will be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus. We provide 40 hours of front-loaded paid time off. Job Requirements Education Required : Graduation from a formal MA training program or an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma. Experience Preferred : Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in an ambulatory clinic setting. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Carry out delegated tasks as directed by supervisors or with provider oversight. Proficient computer skills. Licensure/Certification/Registration Required : Certification from a recognized program or LPN license. Must obtain American Heart Association BLS within 90 days of hire.
