We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts, serve as our main point of contact, and grow the accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be proficient with conducting renewals, farming upsell leads, and closing businesses to reach quotas. Objectives of this roleServe as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships leading to increased customer retentionWork with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being metDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clientsTrain and Onboard new customers, so they have a full understanding of the platformResponsibilitiesHandle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needsStay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needsMeet retention and upsell quotasTrain and successfully onboard new customersIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularlyRequired skills and qualificationsBA/BS required or equivalent experience3+ years of SaaS experience, preferably with enterprise accountsDemonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technologyFamiliarity with the transportation technology, city planning, or civil engineering industryA track record of overachievement and hitting retention targetsFamiliarity with analytics, databases, and smart city technology is a plusSkilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunitiesPossess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibilityPassionate about joining a team of entrepreneurs
