We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to oversee our VMS/MSP (Vendor Management System/Managed Service Provider) accounts. This role is responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, client delivery consulting, and workforce optimization while championing diversity and inclusion.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for VMS/MSP accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and enhance our services within existing accounts, aligning solutions with client objectives.Talent Sourcing & Workforce Solutions: Implement and refine Contingent Workforce Solutions, ensuring optimal recruitment and delivery strategies.Operational Excellence: Develop and manage program structures, process frameworks, and data-driven strategies to optimize efficiency and scalability.MSP Partnerships: Collaborate with MSP partners to align program objectives, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.Technology & Innovation: Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance workforce performance and agility in a rapidly changing talent market.Stakeholder Communication: Provide insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience in talent sourcing, contingent workforce solutions, or MSP program management.Strong background in client relationship management, recruitment delivery, and workforce optimization.Expertise in data-driven decision-making, technology integration, and process improvement.Deep understanding of VMS and MSP ecosystems, staffing operations, and talent acquisition strategies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Additional Details The base salary range for this position is $75K - $95K annually, depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
